YTA Empire is a digital course sold by Marcus ("Marcus YTA"). By purchasing you get a single personal license: lifetime access to the course, its future updates, and the private community, for one payment of the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Whop; their checkout terms also apply.

Your access is for you only. Don't share your login, resell, leak, copy, or republish any part of the course or community content. If you do, access gets revoked without refund and we reserve the right to take further action.

Community rules are simple: no spam, no scams, no promoting your own paid stuff, be decent to other members. Marcus can remove anyone who breaks this — that's what keeps the community worth being in.

The course teaches a method. You're responsible for how you use it and for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service and your local laws (including taxes on anything you earn).

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

YTA Empire is a digital product with instant access — the moment your payment clears you can see the entire system, so it can't be "returned". That's also why the price is $97 and not $2,000: it's priced to be a decision, not a gamble.

If you're not sure it's for you, don't buy it. Watch the video on the sales page, look at the results, and decide like an adult.

Duplicate charges or payment errors are a different story — email businessmarcusyta@gmail.com with your Whop receipt and we'll sort it out.

We collect the minimum needed to run this: your name, email, and purchase record. Payment details (card numbers etc.) go directly to Whop — we never see or store them.

Your email is used for access, course updates, and occasional messages from Marcus. Unsubscribe whenever you want — every email has the link.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone. Ever. Basic anonymous analytics (page visits) may be used to improve the site.

Want your data deleted? Email businessmarcusyta@gmail.com and it's done within 30 days.

The income figures shown on the sales page are real results from Marcus and from students who did the work. They are not a promise or guarantee of what you will earn.

Most people who buy courses never finish them. Your results depend on your execution, consistency, niche, and factors nobody controls (like the YouTube algorithm). Assume you could earn nothing — then work so you don't.
